Data pipeline: rejected placeholder financial data at the source
Fixed a bug where a failed stock/crypto price lookup could occasionally store a placeholder value instead of the real quote. The pipeline now skips the update entirely when it cannot fetch a genuine price, rather than publishing a stand-in.
Security: added standard response security headers site-wide
Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy, and X-Content-Type-Options are now set on every response.
SEO: fixed /sitemap.xml returning a 404
The bare /sitemap.xml path (the default location search engines check) now redirects to the real sitemap index instead of 404ing.
